I don't speak Polish but the reception and restaurant staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. One even came to my room to explain how to operate the safe. The room was clean and well maintained and equipped. The food at dinner and breakfast was excellent and very well presented.
I stayed on a Saturday night and was horrified to find that an all-night disco was located just a few yards from my bedroom window. In the event, the double-glazing and air conditioning blocked out all the noise but I was woken about 3am. by the vibrations of the bass beat from the disco. Fortunately, I was able to get to sleep again but I think it might be best if guests were not put in that room on nights when the disco is operating, unless of course the hotel is full, which it was not on this occasion.

The breakfast spread here is a culinary dream-hot and cold vegan options galore. Scrumptious bread that'll make your heart sing! The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the vibrant streets of Gdansk.
Had a bit of a hiccup when my toilet seat met its match-it broke, but the hotel was quick to sort it out! Still, keep an eye on those fixtures! Everything else shone brightly .

location is good for people who travel by car - close to the main road, close to the port if you travel on a car by ferry. railway station is close to the hotel too. clean bathroom.
old-fashion TV, if a hotel has 4stars it must have modern equipment.

The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed the beautiful breakfast buffet that offered various options. Visiting the zoo and walking around the charming streets was dope! The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant service was a bit slow during one evening. We waited longer than expected for our orders and missed out on dessert options, slightly disappointing after a long day out.
